So I work as a land surveyor and have lost 50lb from doing lots of walking, however I have notifed what seems to be a strength loss as well. Will this help me build some muscle and trim down around my waist further if I stay low intensity to not strain myself?

I like this workout, but I can't easily get on the floor during part of it. I have lower back and mobility issues. I do standing pushups and an around the world kettlebell swings during those segments.
