this mayb old video, but I enjoyed that cardio, I switch mine from 15 to 20sec, then, 10sec rest, not easy, but worth it. 😀 and I do 20sec, have some water after all 4 exercises. did 3 rounds all in all (about 6mins total). looking forward for results, thanks!
