49 inch belly…never exercise, this is the first exercise Ive done in over a decade. woooo, had to stop at 9:26 and 13:23. Continued after short break to catch breath then finished the video. My short term goal is to finish this exercise without these 2 short breath breaks. I'm loving and hating you at the same time. Those chair dips with bent knees…my poor chair, it barely survived (and I almost didn't either lol) – Thanks for the workout, cya tomorrow.
