Why don't you have people showing us how the exercises are done for all of them? Like that sit-through thing?
And these exercises, seems like I could do almost all of them, except that sit-through. I'll just end up with my keister down on the floor if I try that.
Also, if I read the instructions for that Sumo Squat, I don't think that lady was doing them right. Aren't you supposed to remain in a squat position and bounce up and down a little bit, not stand straight up?

The push ups shown were incorrect. The elbows should stay along your side. Flaring them out makes them less efficient, and can lead to unnecessary strain on joints.
I lost 10lbs just watching that girl doing those Sumo fish fillet swats,…whatyoumacallit XD
i might skip sit up cause of my upper abdomen protrudes to a point (like in the alien movie) no pain but it cant be good, maybe a hernia. I can do the rest of them though, Ive lost 30 lbs lately so I'm motivated.
